branditify provides AI-directed brand imagery on a subscription basis. You brief the studio; we handle creative direction, model prompting, post-production, and delivery. You receive finished campaign visuals suitable for commercial use within the terms of your selected license tier.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All prices are in USD. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are not issued for partial months, but you may pause or cancel at any time.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are dependent on brief quality and studio capacity. Revision rounds are included per plan as described at the time of purchase. A revision round consists of one round of consolidated feedback per visual. We reserve the right to decline briefs that are discriminatory, illegal, or violate Anthropic's usage policies.
Upon full payment of your subscription, you receive a commercial license to use delivered visuals as described in your plan. branditify retains the right to use non-identifiable versions of delivered work in our portfolio and marketing unless you opt out in writing. You retain full ownership of any brand materials, briefing documents, and reference assets you upload to the platform.
You may not use the service to generate content depicting real, identifiable individuals without their consent; content intended to deceive, defraud, or manipulate; content that is discriminatory or harassing; or any content that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to terminate accounts in breach of these terms without refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, branditify's liability to you for any cause whatsoever is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York County.
