We collect information you provide directly — your name, email, company, and any brief or reference materials you upload. We also collect technical information automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session data through Supabase and standard analytics tools. We do not collect payment card data directly; that is handled by Stripe.
We use your information to provide and improve the service, communicate with you about your subscription and campaigns, send service announcements and occasional product updates (with opt-out), comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Files you upload as references or brand assets are stored in our Supabase-managed storage. They are used exclusively to inform your campaign production. We do not use your uploaded assets to train AI models. Files are retained for 24 months after your last active subscription period, after which they are deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
We use Supabase for database and file storage (hosted in the US), Stripe for payment processing, and Vercel for hosting. These services have their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data required to provide our service. We do not use third-party advertising networks.
Account data is retained for as long as your account exists plus 6 months. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@branditify.ai. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer where required by law.
